Grzegorz Onichimowski

President of the Management Board of Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A. (POLPX) since 2002. Graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of Politechnika Warszawska (Warsaw Technical University) and post graduate of Szkoła Główna Handlowa in Warsaw (Managing companies in the European Union).
Throughout his professional life, he was connected to the IT business. He has significant expertise in management, including strategic management, journalism and project management. Since 1989, he is directly connected to the IT business.
Between 1989 and 1991 he worked for Fundacja Edukacji Technicznej (Foundation for Technical Education) and the International Service Resources company, first as Sales Director and then as President of the Management Board.
In 1991 - 2000 he was President of the Management Board of IPS Computer Group Sp. z o.o. - first Polish company operating the "household" IT sector. Between January 2000 and June 2001, he realized the first regional consolidation project in the business - CENEGA and then managed a part of the holding established through this consolidation - the IM Group company.
Member of the Management Board of Polskie Towarzystwo Certyfikacji Energii (Polish Association of Energy Certification) and co-author of the "green'" "red" and "white" certificates concept.
Ireneusz Łazor

Vice-President of the Management Board of POLPX S.A. since 1999.
Graduate of Politechnika Krakowska (Kraków Technical University) and Investment Banking Course at the London Guildhall University. He has also graduated management courses at the Warsaw University and Szkoła Główna Handlowa.
Tied to the Polish capital market since 1991. In 1994 - 1999, Director of the Trading Division of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Since January 2009, he is also the President of the Management Board of IRGIT S.A. - Izba Rozliczeniowa Giełd Towarowych (Commodity Markets Clearing House). He holds a security brokerage license.
Dariusz Bliźniak
Vice-President of the Management Board
At the position of the Vice President of the POLPX Board since 2008.
he is a graduate from the Warsaw University, the Faculty of Law and Administration. He has graduated from post-graduate studies in project management and Prince 2 methodology usage and in the scope of public orders.
He has rich experience in management, creation of development strategy and design and launching of new enterprises. Co-author of text books: Giełda Towarowa (1997 and 1998) and Towarowe rynki terminowe (1997), and also the author of text books in European funds management.
Since 1995 he has been a member of corporative bodies of commercial companies in the area of power energy, stock exchanges and institutions operating on behalf of stock exchange market development.
