The Management Board of POLPX [Towarowa Giełda Energii S.A.] would like to inform that further to the amendment of the Power Exchange Regulations, approved by decision of the Financial Supervision Commission dated February 18, 2010, in the reading determined by resolution of the Supervisory Board No. 68/15/IV/09 dated September 8, 2009 and in the Resolution of the Supervisory Board No. 86/17/IV/09 dated November 13, 2009; as of the day of April 6, 2010, the entities authorized to trade on the Day Ahead Market shall also be authorized to operate on the Day Ahead and Intra Day markets.
