The Management Board of Polish Power Exchange S.A. acting on the basis of § 100 par. 3 of Regulations for Transactions on Exchange Commodities Market of Polish Power Exchange S.A. ("Exchange Regulations "), decides to decrease exchange fees for Exchange Members fulfilling the role of market animators.

1. Rates for exchange fees from Exchange Members fulfilling the role of market animators can be reduced considering the level of obligations of the Exchange Member resulting from animator function contract in the scope of:

• • • Minimum quantity of commodities on the order
    • Dates for renewal of quoting after concluded transactions
    • Maximum spread (span of difference between purchase and sale price) in lodged orders; and
  • Evaluation of the Exchange Member fulfilment of its market animator obligations.
    

2. Rates of exchange fees from Exchange Members fulfilling the role of market animators are specified in accordance with par. 1 individually in animator function contract. Dates and terms of payment of exchange fees are specified by the Exchange Regulations and Detailed principles for calculation of amount and charging of exchange fees.
