In order to become a member of the COR Register, you need to:

1. Acknowledge the Regulations of the COR Register
2. Prepare and attach to your application confirmed as authentic the following documents:
   • copy of an up-to-date excerpt from proper register of the Applicant
   • copy of the NIP and REGON (tax and business registers) registration documents
   • full copy of a valid concession, issued by the Chairman of the Energy Regulation Authority (URE)
   • The above documents shall be certified for conformity with originals, if the applicant is obliged to its possession
3. Surnames and  names of persons authorised to represent the applicant in dcontact with COR, together with specimens of the signatures, telephone numbers and email adresses  and full legal authority for such persons to represent the applicant, according to the model No. 1 of the model in annex 2 to the COR regulation.
4. Confirmed as a true copy of the authorisation (signed by the applicant and the broker/commodity broker) to represent the applicant by the broker or commodities broker, if the applicant is not a member of the Exchange (in accordance with the model No 2).
